If you like a model but you want it in a different colour from the ones available, don't worry because we can make it in any of the colours we have in our brand.
We can also make modifications in the length of the dresses, so if you need it, for example, longer just tell us.
For any request for modification you can contact us by email orderselenamoore@gmail.com telling us what you need.

➤ Returns:
- You have up to 14 days
- If you are from Spain or Europe, you can manage your return through our specific portal easily and comfortably.
- There are no returns or exchanges from outside the European Community (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
- Remember that in order to process your return, the product must be in perfect condition and arrive in their original packaging.
- Pre-order products are also refundable, as long as they have not been personalised.
- On discounted items no refunds will be given, only a discount code for the value of the item to be used in the shop on future purchases will be available.
If you choose the PREORDER modality you must keep in mind that these products are delivered within a maximum estimated period of 15 working days.

IMPORTANT: PREORDER orders cannot be cancelled more than 12 hours after the order has been placed. If they were to be cancelled, there would be a financial penalisation of 50% of the cost of the order and the amount of the shipment would not be refunded.
They can also be returned in the normal way. You will have 14 days to request their return from the moment you receive them.
