Shipping policy

  

Free Shipping to Spain (mainland) and Portugal. Not including Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The shipping cost to the rest of Spain and other countries will be specified at the checkout page after adding the address information.

Order preparation and delivery to Spain and Portugal

  • Deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal will be processed and shipped in 2-3 working days via Correos Express, except for purchases labelled as PREORDERS.
  • Orders processed on Friday after 13.00, on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Important: Correos Express does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • If your order is a PREORDER, we will start crafting it the moment you complete the purchase. The estimated preparation time is 20 days. Once completed, the order will be delivered and the estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days.

If you need to update the delivery address or add additional information to your order, please email us on orderselenamoore@gmail.com specifying the order number in the email subject. Alternatively, you can reach us via the website chat.

 

Order preparation and delivery to the rest of Spain, Europe and International

  • Deliveries to Europe (except mainland Spain and Portugal) will be processed and shipped in 4-8 days, except for purchases labelled as PREORDERS.
  • Deliveries to countries outside Europe will be processed and shipped in 6-10 days, except for purchases labelled as PREORDERS.
  • Orders processed on Friday after 10.00,  Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Important: Most delivery companies don’t deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
  • If your order is a PREORDER, we will start preparing it the moment you complete the purchase. The estimated preparation time is 20 days. Once completed, it will be delivered and the estimated shipping time will vary depending on the country. 
  • Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional custom costs as imposed by the legislation of each country. This cost is external to Elena Moore Studio SL and must be covered by the customer.

IMPORTANT: for orders labelled as PREORDER, cancellations requested 12 hours after the order was placed, will not be accepted.  In case of cancellation, it will incur a penalty of 50% of the total cost, and the delivery amount will not be reimbursed. 

Please note that during promotional periods, and specifically “Black Friday“ dates (last week of November), we are unable to make changes in the delivery address, or accept cancellations, due to external logistical restrictions.

During periods of high demand, Christmas, public holidays and “Black Friday” the shipping times may increase. ELENA MOORE is not responsible for those delays as they are caused by external factors.

 

Public Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped during regular working hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • 1st of January : New Year’s Day
  • 6th of January: Epiphany 
  • 2nd of April: Holy Friday
  • 5th of April: Easter Monday
  • 1st of May: International Workers day
  • 24th of May: Local Bank Holiday
  • 12th of October: Hispanic Day
  • 1st of November: All Saints Day
  • 6th December: Constitution Day
  • 8th December: Immaculate Virgin Day
  • 25th of December: Christmas Day 

The company will be closed during the above dates, and will process the order and organise the shipment the following working day.
